Complete Representation
TravelHero's existing database and flexible reservation systems
will allow you to provide complete representation for ALL your
member properties. The only requirements are that properties
agree to accept reservations when space is available and pay a
standard 10% commission for completed reservations.
Whereas most
online reservation systems only support properties that have
automated reservation capabilities, TravelHero
has chosen to adapt to the methods of the lodging industry;
supporting big chains as well as smaller independent properties.
This allows properties to tap into the growing online market
based on the way they normally process reservations.
- Real-time properties (indicated by
green checkmarks in TravelHero's directory) are NOT required
to maintain a separate set of inventory. Those properties
simply continue to report inventory and rates to their central
reservation system as usual. TravelHero then accesses the
inventory, allowing customers to book reservations and receive
instant confirmations.
- All other properties can receive
reservations through a request-based system. When an online
request is received from a customer, a fax is automatically
generated to the property to check availability and book the
reservation. Properties can choose to accept or deny the
reservation, allowing them to maintain complete control of
their inventory at all times.
Customized Private-label Interface
A customized
interface will be developed mirroring your web site's look and
feel. The interface will seamlessly integrate with your web site
throughout the reservation process.
No Cost
There are
absolutely no costs to the affiliate. TravelHero is strictly
productivity-based so a standard 10% commission is only
collected from properties for materialized reservations.
Commission
Collection
TravelHero
will be completely responsible for the collection of commissions
from lodging properties. Commissions for real-time properties
are processed through the automated collection systems.
Commissions from request-based and
ResHero reservations are
collected directly from properties. TravelHero collects a 10%
commission only for completed reservations.
Implementation
Implementation simply involves adding links to your web site. By
including your affiliate ID in the links, all data will appear
with your web site’s look and feel, and referral
traffic/reservations will be tracked. TravelHero will provide
all necessary linking information at the time of implementation.

Timeline
The program can
