Hotel reservations via Travelhero.com can be made without creating a personal profile. If you elect to create a profile, information is stored in our offline secure databases and accessed only to assist you with future online transactions. Encrypted information received by TravelHero.com is shared only with the travel providers that you select in your reservation. Only information necessary to complete the reservation is shared with these travel providers. Please note that in the case of certain hotels and tour products, deposits are required and will be debited by the travel provider (the hotel or tour operator) to your credit card. TravelHero.com does not at any time charge your credit card without prior consent from you.

Ordinarily, we will not store your credit card information on our server. For your convenience, you may choose to have us store this information on our server so that you will not have to re-enter it on your next visit. You may choose this option in the Update Your Account section of the Reservation Wizard area.
