• Properties that are not real-time through TravelHero receive reservations through an alternative email/phone system.
• TravelHero contacts properties by phone to check availability, rates and book the reservation.
• All reservations are credit card guaranteed.
• No computer or Internet access is required for properties to receive reservations.

• TravelHero’s proprietary inventory management system.
• ResHero allows properties to allocate room types, inventory and rates for sale in real-time.
• ResHero properties are also indicated as real-time in our directory.
• Properties have the ability to open or close dates, adjust inventory, sell packages and promote seasonal rates.
• There are no set up, transaction or annual fees.
• Properties simply pay a 10% commission for materialized reservations.

• TravelHero will be responsible for all online lodging reservation fulfillment made via the custom booking engine. This includes any and all necessary contact with lodging properties and Internet customers.
• TravelHero’s Privacy Policy and Secure Site Guarantee will be in place at any point following visitors’ click-through access to the custom booking engine.

• From time-to-time and as is reasonable and necessary, TravelHero will contact customers and properties for the purpose of investigating problems, fulfilling special requests and completing other customer service-related issues.

The Reservation Process

Your surfers will take the following path when making reservations:

1. Visitors will select a country, city or property in your website. They will be transferred to TravelHero and be presented with detailed information and photos of the property.
2. By clicking the “Check Availability” or “Request Reservation” button visitors will be sent to the booking engine. Visitors will then be led through the process of completing the reservation—selecting dates, room type and rates.
3. When visitors click the “Yes, Make Reservation” button, their reservation will be processed. In the case of real-time reservations, a confirmation number will be provided immediately on a displayed web page and via an email message. In the case of email reservations, visitors will be emailed a confirmation number within 24 hours of receiving the request if it can be fulfilled. If the requested property is not available, TravelHero will make an effort to offer alternate properties that meet the visitors’ criteria.
4. Once reservation or reservation requests have been completed, visitors will be able to resume exploring the your website, as all navigation elements will be active on the page.
